1. Senior Staff (Senior Management Team) ONLY FOR FEMALE
Duration of Assignment: One year with possible extension
Duty Station: Headquarters, Bishalnagar, Kathmandu with frequent field visits (at least 40%) in the program districts
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in social sciences, education, development studies, management, or any discipline with a minimum of 5 years (including 3 years managerial position) of relevant work experience.
- Professional experience in project and financial management.
- Proven coordination, networking, communication, facilitation, advocacy, and report writing skills.
- Good knowledge of and demonstrated commitments to ending GBV, in particular, child marriage and human trafficking.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali. Knowledge of any local languages will be an asset.
2 .Communication Consultant
Duration of Assignment: One year with possible extension
Duty Station: Home-based (40 hrs per month)
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in journalism and/or communication, education, development studies, or any relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Professional experience in report writing in various thematic areas.
- Good knowledge of and demonstrated commitments to ending GBV, in particular, child marriage and human trafficking.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
3. Finance Trainee – Intern (ONLY FOR FEMALE)
Duration of Assignment: Short-term
Duty Station: Headquarters, Bishalnagar, Kathmandu (may require field visit)
Qualifications
- Bachelors in business studies/business administration or accounting or finance
- Familiar with MS- Excel, Word and email
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge and skill in the computerized financial system
- Willingness to develop a career in the financial management sector
- From the marginalized communities with a learning attitude, and interest in financial analysis
- A good team player and willing to travel to the program areas
